CHELE is working to implement a program to upgrade the teaching of English and to initiate an accreditation process that will ensure that all CHELE accredited schools meet the standards outlined below:

a. comply with government laws and regulations

b. offer ESL & ESP courses that meet international standards

c. employ teachers qualified to teach ESL

d. in-house teacher training facilities or utilize outside training

    facilities that offer teaching refresher courses.
